Public process elements for the Jackson Park perimeter trail system at the Jackson Park Golf Course. A project through the Department of Neighborhoods in conjunction with the Friends of Jackson Park Trail and Seattle Parks and Recreation. The process worked through the initial perception that this proposed facility would ramp up crime and vandalism. In contrast this galvanized the community to the merits of the project.
