An outdated 60's style cabana carport, astroturf steps to the kitchen, and a wet, shady lawn.  A recipe for entertaining success?  Probably not. 

Our solution: a new carport/pavilion suitable for parties with stuccoed support panels that relate to the existing architecture, lattice screens, a new patio replacing the astroturf steps, a bluestone patio in favor of the soggy lawn, and a new screen fence and plantings. 

As a result, the owners are thrilled and on-lookers think it has always looked that good!
