This project renovated the landscape of a single-family residence overlooking Lake Washington in the Mt. Baker District of Seattle. 

The main goals of the project were to rescue the sense of entry from the street while respecting and enhancing the architecture of the house.  This was accomplished by installing a new brick terrace to replace the original that over time, had fallen victim to the forces of Mother Nature. 

To enhance the architecture of the house, a new wood privacy screen, trellis arch, new paving steps, and slope plantings were installed.  The final product looking as though it had always been there.
