The project of a private landowner required the orchestration of residential garden demands and those of a sensitive tidal estuary. Working with both the State of Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife and Kitsap County the tasks generally included the following:

   • Vegetation and Eco-tone inventory and mapping.   
   • Low Impact strategies for boardwalk and viewing deck.
   • Historical documentation of past land use activities.
   • Planting plan for ornamental and native boundaries.
   • Organic based maintenance program.
